Regarding delete items or stolen heroesRSS feed for this topic

    I keep all my gold (around 1600G) in my item keeper. and my white horse pills x 8 in my vending.
    And it is all gone suddenly, if company dun check for me then who will? I didnt give my password to anyone and i only play at home.

    I assume the hero in question is TwiNight (if you provide this information in your post we can act much faster), and yes i can see you have bought 8 White Horse Pills in Norkor Phnom. The maximum usage date for this pill is 2 days and the pill expired on the 8th without being used, this information is displayed when you buy the product.
    Please check more careful when you buy items from the Imperial street how long the can be used.

    we, players, are the victims not company. if company does take back all duplicated items, it is like killing players.

    Company just pawned the players' head. Now he is OWNING, Beyond GOD LIKE, KillingSpree,....

    Everyone must be aware of Expired Products in Imperial Street. Do I need to report this to Ministry of Health? or Ministry of Interior that Jx is selling Expired Items to the players.... So bad...

    Did Gm block the account that use bad word in Forum or in Game??????

    if Block the account that use bad word in game: How??? sometime they use bad word when they have their reason, like
    sit play play someone open PK and kill, YCR kill steal some other sect while doing school quest, and some other open PK waiting for small level and than kill.
    but i agree sometime i alway saw they use bad word when s/he know nothing. i alway notice that they alway use bad word on ES when join WAR... or in the CITY. Why ES not buff? ( in city) and than that player use bad word on ES... am i right who playing ES? :lol:

    i think GM doesn't worry too much about bad word in game; but the big problem when it happens in the forum, specially complain room. oh my god ala, blood can be flowed from noses sometimes :em48: :em48: :em48:

    Regarding about copied items, I think removing those items from players isn't good solutions. GM already know that their system already errors. But they never never warn the player from buying the items (especially gold items). The best solution is debugging the errors which lead the players to have possibility to copy gold and items. In my opinion, players who can copy items must be someone work in JX company itself. :em53: :em53: :em53: :em52: :em52: :em52: :em52:

    JX service is very bad. Doesn't help their customer much. less GM in forum or in the game to response for unexpected problems which occur every minutes. I used to play some other online-games. They have a lot of GM online in the game and in the forum.

    Actually, as normal those items which was bought from Imperial Street at least will expire 1 month after bought. Is that right? :em42: :em42:

    First I want to apologise for not checking the expiration date and claim that jx company is cheating, sorry.

    Second, If you can pls answer my another question, how about the gold i kept in my item keeper? I am sure gold has no expiry date.

    If u can check i have 8 horse pills, i am sure u can check i have gold in my item keeper.

    Pls check and advise me thanks. And lastly yes i am TwiNight

    I hope your company can fix this copy items and items losing as soon as possible because this leads to a very sad and furious behavior as shown by the Swearing Words. I do know that Swearing is not good but sometime we do have to take it out instead of the acting !

    As soon as this can be fix i will be happy But Why Wat at Sabay is open once a day :roll:

    BTW Hope u can Improve and provide us a better Service and Dont 4get to Upgrade ur Ultimate Skill GM Bro :cheerup:

    I'm confess that i've been bought some Gold from hero that get from the Old world. But afther i heard that GM will delete hero that have alot of Ang Bow. i open it all and buy some item. Yesterday when i log in my hero to play i see " The account has been freeze by system".
    Now I agree to delete all item me buy from gold, but can u give me back my hero, cos i spent alot money on it now my hero is Lvl 71 near 72. And I also create a Guild in that world ( i'm the Leader ).

    Please, Give me back my hero.

    Kingsoft released a tool to find all copied items in JX2 :evil: :evil:
    impossible to hear that, coz in nokor phnom I buy Jpoints to buy Reading Pouch, then I got YCR book, and I sell it to my fri, but GM block my fri's acc and said my book is copy item, is this ur Kintsoft's tool to find copied item ???? :twisted:

    I hope u will take a look at my post and do sth about it! I do not know why too but ever since there was an error with the JX website and the website was so slow...my 2ndary password somehow doesn't work! I am pretty sure i wrote the correct one but it said doesn't match! Can u email it again to my email? Plz. I think u can get my account details through my post ID. I don't want to post my account details because other people might steal them! plz help me as soon as possible!

    I have met a lot of ppl having problem with their hero losing password and items. Whenever they go to company, nothing is better except more desperation. Damn poor customer service. JX is like a government who can control over the world of JX game; whenever the player (like a citizen) complains or have problem, they just ignore. Seems like they like to have theft or cheating and more bad behavior exist and continue.
    Maybe JX just doesn't care what happen to the player unless their income drops. Or, they might be lucky coz there are a lot of ppl still playing their game even though they don't like the company.
    JX is charming in that way. 8)
    Nothing to say or complain. I don't care it now coz even though I care, nothing better. Just wanna play for fun; strong is not important. If you have a lot of money to spend on JX, you can try to be strong; but if you don't, don't worry being strong. :lol: you will never. Enjoy!!! no matter what way you want to be. :P
