Ohhh!!!! Company must solve this problem i lost hero name ZhaoShigher When i deal to Change with Manager 1 set. But too bad i Cannot contact to JX company by via Telephone,about 28 days ago. I feel so bad that some of player are not honest. Now i Don't play JX any more cause JX player now so bad. 
JX player now so bad as JX company won't care about the victims, letting the bad fooling and cheating all around.
Why should they care for you guys??? 
Even though I am not one of those victims who've lost their hero, I still feel sorry for you guys.
If I were in charge in JX com and I have heard about this serious problem occurring, I would have post something to warn and inform my players. But in fact, JX customer service did nothing at all. 
I don't really know what are they doing these days. Everyone stop complaining about this, there're no solution for the moment. They don't even care read your posts; no matter how much you wrote on this forum. 
To JX, don't just think about money too much. just heir some new staff working on forum to response to your all players' concerns.
I believe you have earn a lot money till today.
I hope there are new online game companies soon in Cambodia which could provide better service then JX. If this can happen, JX totally will lose 100%

If you don't happy in this game . just stop play
For the complaining . I think it's too many already ,
So it's enough to stop complaint . and for player who continue to play this game
Pls CHANGE your word from complaint service to ( Advice to improve service instead ) 
Sound will be more attractive from Staff in JX company
And if u were nothing to do beside stop playing JX .

I have read all the forums here and I think some of us Cambodain people is YES " CORRUPTION AND STUPID " I am cambodain also but i said like this coz yes some of you are. Playing game? why you have to cheat? why you have to copy or buy sth to be superior? Just use what the game provide us is the best? Don't you guys ever heard "Game is Fun when It's Hard".
As many people said WoW is the best game ever but people still stop playing WoW. Why?
- Because WoW start to make game too easy to play. Player needs exploring the game and earn items and lvl in hard mode so they will love their game. But if it too easy to get. What is the point to spending time for the game?
- As u people just buy superior Item and make urself the best. So why don u just go download a private server and make urself every item and stop play it online.
- I support JX to make restriction for any cheated players. "CHEAT ONLINE GAME = SUSPEND UR ACCOUNT".
- If you play WoW you just say FUCK word in the world your account will be closed, even ur Account cost $400 but u can't say anythinig. It's the law.
So stop cheat with online game, you take it at your own risk to lost ur money not company. If u are silly enough to buy those item from cheat play. than yes, go close ur own account before company close them. CHEER!!

Hi all GMs in JX company,
I know and had read all your posts in jx website, but I still feel not comfortable with my problem. I had lost 1 of my heros named
SuKuBuKu in account santa_cob. I went jx company to claim back my hero but they said
NO. Now i want to ask all of
you that this mistake is created by who? me or you? I never copied and also don't know how to copy items. I had spend about $30
to buy 1set of managers( all +7) for that hero (Sukubuku) when she reach level 70. And i had 1 HS gold pant +7 that cost me
about $40 but now i lost all even my hero that i tried to play since level 1. My hero doesn't wear those clothes yet,but now they're
gone. It's seem this month i throught $100 away from my pocket. so how do you solve this problem for me? I don't need
the only word "Sorry " to me. That word is never help me to get my money and my time back. I feel hopeless and no more
trust to continue playing this game because it doesn't provide a security and a trust to players. I wish u read my post and
rethink about my hero. I need your solution as soon as possible and I hope you will reply me by post or direct to my e-mail.

My Idea: Yeah! Maybe corruption but they are not stupid.I think they are clever. Why stupid? You can't even copy like them.

My Idea: I agree. For any cheated players, they should have their account to be invalid. Buy why the company just closed some account that are innocent? Why? Can company prove? They can't even a little, right NORKORCHENLA?
I tell you something Assasin and also GM of JX2. I'm not clever as the one who can copy item but I know the real problem.
Company just choose the way to closed player account. But did they do anything wrong? Maybe they are smarter than each of you then you go to closed their account because you are GM, right? Why don't you try to fix your bug? It's you system problem Gm. They didn't hack and change all the setting, did they? And assasin, Do you thing player at malay r other foreign server didn't copy because they are a clever and not corruption? Because their GM are smarter than them. They can't copy item. The system is good. So just ignore the problem, let it be as it is. And please take it that GM can't do anything beside closed everybody account.
