    Dear Players,

    Please accept our apology of not being more proactive with the release of information to the JX2 community regarding some of the issues we faced during the past month. We promise to improve our information management and to be more on top of the complains.

    Regarding the issue of the WAR not starting

    The issue is as of now not resolved by the game supplier Kingsoft, and as of today we can not predict the error. Normally the war event is started by the system at the scheduled times.

    No manual intervention is needed by the GM or technical staff to start the war and no command exists to start the war if the system fails to start the war automatically.

    Currently we suspect that the main reason for the failure to activate the WAR is a overload of the NPC due to several hundred players trying to access the same NPC at the exact same time. We are working with KingSoft to replicate the error and to find a solution to the problem.

    Regarding outages or server under maintenance error

    We have already set a long standing maintenance window every week Friday morning all servers are shutdown to do maintenance work and server upgrades. Please be assured we schedule every upgrade or needed work to occur between 2am to 7am Friday morning.

    If there is an error any other time; this is due to a unexpected software or hardware failure.

    Usually the problem can be fixed within 30 minutes after it has been detected, we therefor seldom post about the issue in the forum since the issue can be resolved very quickly once detected. However we will reconsider this and try to provide more information about outages on our www site.

    Regarding Norkor Phnom

    Up one opening the new world last week, we had such overwhelming demand that the system got stuck handling thousands of players try to register and play in the new world.

    One Friday the 5th when we opened the world; new account registration jump 1000% (one thousand per cent) and until today is still around 200% higher then before the opening of Norkor Phnom.

    The issue with not being able to go to certain areas in Norkor Phnom has been resolved and we have manged to improve the server load to serve the thousands of player wanting to play in Norkor Phnom.

    We apologies for not carefully enough considering the demand for our new world and we will improve on this for future launches.

    How about registration to WAR method? you cannot fix your network overload by changing registration menu from the first row to the last row and you still keep like that?
    please need explan clearly about this

    About registration to WAR, I have suggestion method.

    I am lvl75 but still never play in World1 or World2. because I play at home, I don't have tool like Autoclick or JxCat.

    but some player who have enter many time but still enter. That is no fare for new one and old one

    Please give me the chance to enter World1 or World2.

    Oh! Headache :(

    yes, that is right, there should be fair for this one, please provide us a suitable solved this issue, we understand the company so difficult , but we are the pro player we need it to work well for everyone benefits

    i think joining war have too many players compete each other to join, so it's impossible to provide equal chance for all of you to join all. it's simple some players can join while the other doesn't have enough luck to join. don care much about it :em20: :em20:

    @Govern Dragon: Nothing is fair in this world. lolz... you need to pay your effort in order to join war. War is openned for everyone to join but you can or can't it is your problem not about fairness... :lol: :lol: :lol:

    I have lost my 1500G and 8 white horse pills in the new server. I try talk to the staffs in JX Company but they say they dun want to check or responsible. I told them to ask their GM call me, but the staff say GM say not his problem.

    Those players who has the same problems pls call me urgently at my phone 017554441, (speak english only)
    I will join with you to report to police about JX company cheating my money in Phnom Penh this week.

    I spent USD60 to buy the jpoints , and when problem occurs, company say i give my password to other people.
    I am not easily let this matter off. Take my word for it.

    I had called their company to talk to their customer service. Without checking, they say this is not their problem. When I say can i speak to your manager, she say i can only speak to her. When I tell her to ask the GM/Manager to call me, she say the GM say they will not responsible it.

    I keep all my gold (around 1600G) in my item keeper. and my white horse pills x 8 in my vending.
    And it is all gone suddenly, if company dun check for me then who will? I didnt give my password to anyone and i only play at home.

    Anyway I am really tired about complaining. If JX company do not contact and help me this time. I will make this thing go very big by going to the police or other government department to complains before i quit this game.

    Other players that also has many missing items. pls contact me as well.

    Hi Shade,

    I don't mean that you need to add the greeting "Dear Mike" but to talk with him in person. You can do this only you go to the CIDC company. Talking on phone, they will give you lot of excuses. and problem is still unsolved.

    as i play in norkor phnom, some players said people are taking some gold from old server to this server. anyway i don have any proves for this, but i hope jx is working with this thoroughly 8)

    You try to make difficult to player, not make it easy to player.
    I don care if this issue was create first time when you start JX, but you change without notification or inform to player
